Jim Murry is a highly experienced music instructor who has been teaching guitar and electric bass since 1989. Over his 15+ years of teaching at Sabado Schoolof Music he has truly inspired scores of budding musicians.

Jim studied music theory as well as jazz and commercial music performance at ARC. He made a name for himself on the Sacramento music scene performing in multiple Sammy nominated groups. Jim toured extensively and has opened jazz guitar great John Scofield, as well as avant garde guitar legend John Fahey.

Method: Jim loves teaching people of all ages and experience levels.
